Best Chocolate Chip Recipe for soft and chewy cookies with crispy edge and not flat! Any suggestions?
Hi everyone! I’m on the hunt for the BEST chocolate chip cookie recipe! I’m after a recipe that produce a chocolate chip cookie that crispy on the edges, soft in the middle (not raw!) and a little bit on the thicker side! I’ve tried tens of recipes so far and I would say the closest I’ve come are the Bon Appetit/Claire Saffitz/BoyWhoBakes chocolate chip cookies are the best flavour wise, they’re just a little too on the thin size and wish they were about double the thickness and not so flat! Any recipe recommendations please?
