Hi, there are various reasons why people want to try keto diet, mine was, of course, weight loss!
For whichever reason you are in, you have to know that keto is healthy and easy to maintain.
1. It takes time to become keto adapted - up to 6 months.
2. Make sure you have enough salt, as cutting out bread reduces this a lot.
3. Combine with intermittent fasting - eating ‘window’ between 12 and 5 p.m.
4. Eat ecological dairy and grass fed beef.
5. Eat leafy greens to keep minerals in balance (especially potassium, zinc and magnesium).
