Pumpkin dessert?

I never got into pumpkin as a kid, because my mom would just roast it and eat it with some sugar. Any recommendations for a good recipe? Take into consideration I'm a pumpkin newbie!

I just made my own version of pumpkin sheet cake! It’s incredible. Here’s my recipe. If you’re not vegan, you can replace the alternatives with 4 eggs and regular butter. Pumpkin Sheet Cake Full sheet pan Cake 3 cans pumpkin purée 4 eggs premixed (4 tbsp powder; 8 tbsp water) 2 cups melted vegan butter 3 cups sugar 4 cups organic all purpose flour 2 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 5 tsp Trader Joe’s pumpkin pie seasoning mix 2 tsp salt 350F about 30 minutes

pumpkin pie is a staple, but I recommend these muffins since they are easier to go through and also don't have much of a strong pumpkin flavor, they balance well with the maple aftertaste, perfect for the upcoming fall season!
