Actually its hard to tell you because you already have added lot of famous and delicious south Indian dishes. but some time ago I saw the photo of Puttu Kudam Maker (Pressure Cooker) on social media and I was very curious to know how it works and what can be cooked. I have seen some recipes, also got to know that this is an old technique and it is traditionally used from a long time, so It would be great if you can share some recipes made from that cooker.
