I've just started getting more serious in the past few weeks with tracking, but I'm still allowing myself one lunch and one dinner out each week (that I try to leave calories for but not that seriously). There's really no replacing a pastry, might be a good reward for making a tough decision. If you're really about that abstinence life, when craving sweets, I've been eating more berries!

oh dang 2 meals a week is way better than me! weekends I definitely can't be as strict, too much travel. I like your berry tip though for weekday cravings 😋
