Real Talk: What do you do when you're tempted to cheat on your food goals?
Hyper stressful emotional wedding decisions make me want to eat pastries. So far, my weekday habits have stopped me from being bad, but the struggle is very real.

I've just started getting more serious in the past few weeks with tracking, but I'm still allowing myself one lunch and one dinner out each week (that I try to leave calories for but not that seriously). There's really no replacing a pastry, might be a good reward for making a tough decision. If you're really about that abstinence life, when craving sweets, I've been eating more berries!

oh dang 2 meals a week is way better than me! weekends I definitely can't be as strict, too much travel. I like your berry tip though for weekday cravings 😋
