has anyone tried miracle noodles? the ones I got were only 5g per serving, but I hated the sauce it came with.

if you have good tips or recipes for how to fix them, do share

Haven't tried them. Have seen reviews and most people say they are awful. I've seen some people say you have to rinse them, and rinse them, and rinse them. IDK. Not a big enough noodle lover to bother.

I'm not a fan of them at all. I have cooked them a few different ways, I didn't like the texture or flavor.

I like them in anything where pasta or noodles would usually go. for me they're just a vehicle for the rest of the meals flavor, I'm not looking for pasta or noodle flavor though, just texture

You *must* *thoroughly* rinse them and *discard* the liquid they come in before preparing. its a preservative to keep them fresh in the bag, not to consume.. they should have no taste or smell (or it's very very mild) unless they're rancid due to improper bagging/storage. that being said, other brands might be better, nasoya or pasta zero. even some supermarkets are carrying their own store brand versions
