Can you freeze it?
My daughter loves these and often has it in her lunch box. Did anyone try to put them in freezer after cooking? I was thinking about doing a batch and defrosting it when needed.

Yes, but it may affect the quality. You can re-freeze both uncooked and cooked puff pastry, but only once!
Re-frozen raw puff pastry may have rise less when you bake it!
