What was the main reason for you to go vegan?

For me it was an ethical decision, cause I love animals, and I wanted to switch to a lifestyle which was in no way connected to cruelty and suffering of animals.

For us as a family environmental reasons. eating now Vega 4 out of 7 days. So maybe not a vegetarian, but a flexitarian (is that an international word?)

for me it was a matter of life. I have multiple comorbidities. lots of inflammation. I did a lot of reading on vegan eating and gradually transitioned over. it's kind of a pain because the best store to get my items a 6 mi away. it's also a little more expensive. but their products are top shelf.

Totally new to vegan ... actually, just getting ready to start. My husband and I watched Game Changers documentary and our eyes have been opened wide. There's a history of prostate cancer on my husband's side, so we need to do whatever possible for his (our) health.

Again watched game changers getting well into middle age and felt I would get great health benefits and so much kinder on the environment, plus with making almost everything fresh have found it actually works out cheaper! Only costs more if you insist on eating "meat replacements" I did start on these but now use very few, only plant based mince, which is cheaper anyway.

Meat began making me sick. My body was dealing with chronic inflamation. The Dr's could not figure out that the acid that is in the meat was causing my muscles and joint to be come inflamed. It was getting really, really bad. So I started cutting out a meat category one by one chicken was last. When I stopped all of it a few weeks later, the chronic pain stopped. And I never turned back.

thanks for sharing Dirk, yes, I believe it's an international word (Semi-vegetarianism) :)
