How often do you shop for groceries? Daily One or twice a week Monthly If you shop one a week, what day do you shop?

When you go daily do you usually only get what's on your list or do you sometimes end up buying other things too? When my husband used to go daily he always would end up buying like $20 worth of extras🙁

I do a meal plan for the whole month, then go to Costco or other bulk store to get all the non-perishables or things that will last that long. Then we go weekly to get the fresh ingredients or anything random that we run out of.
