What are the best olives to use for martinis?

Green or black? stuffed with pimento?

Neither 😉 I don't like olives so I like my Martini with a lemon twist. But I think that green ones are most commonly used.

I prefer Spanish Manzanilla Olives. Kalamata olives are also great :)
