Why are there so many recipes in here that are under an 8.5 score rating?
I keep clicking on recipes in the community and the most recent two that I clicked on had a score of 2.5 and 3.7 respectively

Watch out for the ones that have the rating but also have ingredients in the instructions that aren't included otherwise.
