Ethiopian cuisine 🥗

I am planning to check out some Ethiopian restaurants I saw. What should I order? This is will be my first encounter with Ethiopian food :)

Im not an expert, but I like Ethiopian Doro Wat. Its a spicy chicken stew :) I think by default you will get some lentil side dishes and an injera. Ehtiopean food is eaten with hands rather than cutlery and injera is the vessel for all the delicious!

Have you tried tib? It's basically sautéed meat chunks, so I recommend you to try that if you are a meat lover!

Doro wat is like a royalty dish, and tibs is amazing. If you like vegetarian dishes they have shiro and of course there are side dishes too
