Anyone have a vegetarian pesto (green) recipe they'd personally recommend?

Something with minimal ingredients and that can be made in around 1/2 hr. Thankyou 😊

This is a recipe I personally made and love! You could also sub parm with nutritional yeast to make it vegan

I don’t use a recipe but just take anything green (spinach, baby kale, basil, arugula) and make up about 3-4 cups with it (mixture of most often). Pair that with a nut or seed depending on what the green is like- is it bitter like arugula, pair with something buttery like almonds, or do I have someone allergic sharing- pair with pumpkin or sunflower seeds- 1/4-1/2 cup. Adding juice if 1/2 a lemon (or 4T ish), 1/2 tsp salt and 3-4 cloves of garlic depending on taste preference and 1/2 cup of Parmesan or vegan substitute (I usually simply use hemp hearts). While it’s whirling in the food processor, trickle in 1/2 to 3/4 cup of olive oil to the consistency you want. Takes 10mm start to finish and no cooking. Adjust whatever you need to get the taste you want. Honestly, you’ll be fine and you’ll be a star. This is what I started my kids on and we never have a bad batch.
