What's your favorite meal to make when your running low on ingredients?

I would go with Black Bean Veggie Burger, it can be prepared very fast, and you can always omit some of the salad veggies

Mine is this tuna salad sandwich! we almost always have the ingredients, we usually don't have the celery but it really taste good anyway you make it!
