Does anyone have some special weekend cooking plans?

Here is mine semi successful homemade pasta. In the end they were to thick but edible. Not bad for the first time. :) Next time I will thin the dough more

I didn't have any weekend plans, but got inspired by yours and made pasta for the first time. Rolling the dough was a hell, and it ended up a bit thicker than I expected, but I was happy with the results 🧑‍🍳 Tasted a lot better than store-bought!

I used this recipe primarily cause of instructions - they are very detailed, so it was easy to follow. And I tweaked ingredients along the way, a friend once told me there is a simple rule to follow: 1 egg per 100g of flour. Simple as that 🙂
