It depends on where you are on the scale of liquids to solids. If sokid foods seem to be bothering you, switch to purees and soft foods. If that isn't working, go for soups/broths/smoothies. From meal-to-meal and day-to-day this can fluctuate. I like having a pureed soup available in the fridge/freezer for these times, and keep single-portioned chicken and seafood in the freezer for when I want to make a quick GP friendly meal. If you notice things like garlic, onions, and brassicas bother you, you can look up Low-FODMAP recipes as well. These tend to be GP friendly most of the time.

Hey, some foods will help keep gastroparesis in check. You can eat eggs, bread, cereals, crackers, ground or pureed meats, cooked blenderized meat, cooked fruits, etc. Make sure to eat smaller frequent meals. Try to avoid high fat and high fiber foods such as apples, green beans, broccoli, nuts, legumes, beans, etc. I hope my answer was helpful.
