Must try Canadian recipes?

I love exploring different cuisines, but I dont know much about Canadian food. Do you have any recommendations for dishes I should try? Share some recipes pls!

Well, first of all, you have to try Poutine, I think that there are some nice Poutine recipes in this community. If you're more into desserts than I'd suggest trying Nanaimo Bars or Butter tarts. For winter times, Split Pea Soup is dish number one. Let me know if you've tried any of these :)
