Hey, I'm new to meal prep. Do y'all have any tips for making the food still Taste delicious after heating it up again?

I don't like leftovers myself so I try to cook 2 proteins per week and then turn them into various meals so they taste different every time. Example, I might make a pork roast in the weekend, then turn the leftover meat into, pork tacos, BBQ pork sandwiches, and pork stew. It makes the weekdays a lot easier when the protein is already cooked.

A very slight re seasoning of salt and pepper. Especially after frozen. Freezing left overs kills the seasoning in food.

I usually cut and weigh out everything- and cook it same day. Im weird about eating leftovers. But by having them all pre-prepped it's really easy to just throw stuff in a pan and eat for meal prep :)
