Glutinous rice flour for mochi. It's not easy to get glutinous rice flour, specifically the brands recommended by so many recipes.
What rice flour brand have you used for mochi?

I use Mochiko's! i normally purchase it from my local asian grocery stores but you can also find it on Amazon :)
