Foods that don't make you feel sick?

I feel like I've been sick everytime I eat a "normal" sized meal. Anyone have foods or recipes that avoid that?

Hi, I believe that you should be safe by eating starchy foods like: rice, potatoes and noodles... Also, I've read somewhere that it's better to eat cool foods, and avoid hot, spicy stuff. And I suppose that dry foods are ok too, such as crackers, toast, cereals...

Especially don't eat any foods that will make you bloated, because that will hurt you. Avoid broccoli, cauliflower, onion, garlic etc. Eggs really helped me and nuts are a good choice, because they have healthy fats and they are good for you.
