Essentially package them my meal not by serving. if it's just you, package as a single serve, if it's a couple or family meal, package it in the appropriate servings

actual storing wise, invest in some good Tupperware (regular meals) or pyrex(liquids/soups) containers. you want them to be air tight as possible to prevent freezer burn. Also if its single serve, keep your veggies in the same container as the main course whenever possible. less dishes and makes it so you don't have stacks of veggies in your freezer.

Its just me im moving into a diffrent country and starting my first job. I had awful eating habits and now I'm trying to change that. Im going to buy some containers and a blender because i really love soups. :) O and your comments on other questions were really helpful.

I love my Pyrex glass containers with snap on plastic lids. They stack well and clean up easy.

Hey Boris, most of the recipes here are freezer storage friendly. are you cooking for yourself or couple/family?

for soups, i recommend the glass bowl style with the rubber lid. they work great for me. Also, I'm glad I can help. I love this stuff but had soooo many questions when I started.
