How do you keep defrosted stews saucy and moist after being frozen for a while? I'm looking for tips on making/keeping the stew tasting fresh

Moisture can be lost if your food gets freezer burned, so make sure that your stew is sealed properly before you freeze it. And then when you want to thaw it just leave it in the fridge overnight.
