Sausage casserole?

Hi, what type of sausage is best for casseroles? Should I go with chorizo or breakfast sausage or something else?

Id use any I have on hand - pork, breakfast, chorizo - thats the beauty of casseroles, you can adapt it to your liking :)

Agree with Zoe, I've used a variety, Lincolnshire, Cumberland, Pork, Chorizo, Venison, Chicken depending on the flavour I want & what I'm serving it with

I just use really cheap pork sausages for sausage casseroles
