Grains in Paleo

Question

Hello, I am wondering if anyone can suggest to me grain substitutes for the Paleo diet? I'm planning to start to my paleo journey but as a rice lover, I am not quite sure what to replace it with since I've been reading that ALL grains are to be avoided. Is that true? Are there maybe exceptions?

Yes, all grains should be avoided. Although some people are eating rice.  You can substitute grains with cauliflower.
