Looking for some hazelnut and walnut butter recipes. Anyone has a verified and trustworthy recipe to share?

Got a bunch of walnuts and hazelnuts recently, and wanted to try making some nut butters by myself, but don't want to waste them on a recipe that I can't trust. If you have a recipe that worked for you, please share!

I would try with making 3-4 of small batches of different variations and decide which one is the best before using the whole amount of raw ingredient.

@Auri Thanks for the tip! Definitely! Burnt myself once with some hot chocolate recipe I picked up randomly online, it went down the drain. Won't make the same mistake twice 😂That's why I'm hunting for recommendations!

I will tell you making walnut butter taste good is like trying to find a cure for idiots lol. So Miss Auri is right about small batches. But whatever you try roast your nuts first, makes them taste better whatever you choose.
