The elimination phase is the phase in which you follow the low FODMAP diet strictly. There are a lot of products that should not be consumed during the elimination phase such as garlic, onion, apples, dried fruits, milk, low-fat cheeses, high fructose corn syrup, honey, sugar-free confectionery, etc...
