What I love MOST about jams made in the instant pot is the possibility to dump and go. :D You don't need to wait, you just dump all the ingredients and you come back when it beeps. My favourite is strawberry (check recipe) and don't forget to sterilise your jars before you use them. You can use raspberries instead of strawberries or you can mix them, just don't put whole fresh fruit in the instant pot, you should always slice it!
