I have some extra trout from my fishing trip
and I’m looking for some new inspirations. Anyone have any tried and true recipes?

I like to debone them stuff butter, lemon, s&p, and thyme inside then either bake or pan sear them.

I dry them on the inside with paper towels then dust them inside and out with a mix of 1/2 flour to 1/2 corn starch and fry in olive oil til tender about 8-10 minutes all together on both sides. Put some sea salt pepper and garlic on each side.
