How do you keep your salad fresh for a meal prep?

Hi! I am huge salad lover but I have trouble keeping my salad fresh when I prep it ahead of time. My greens become wilted and soggy. Do you have some tips on how to keep salad fresh? Is it layering? Should I use specific containers? Help! :)

I would assemble the salad the day you want to eat it. Salad I leave by itself stays fresh for days

Keep any dressing/sauce in a separate container and pour it on your salad just before eating.
