I'm a little scared by the "make with anything in your pantry". I'm assuming you're looking for recipes that use ingredients that are normally in your pantry, not ones that work if you add canned tuna or olives (or whatever). Even so, that may be a little problematic. I just posted a couple of recipes that may work (depending on what you are looking for). But most of them seem particularly designed for vegans, and may contain ingredients less likely to be in the pantry of someone without all those restrictions. Many contain plant based milks and often have dates, almond flour or other ingredients that are somewhat more specialized.
