Is homemade hummus that doesn't suck possible, lol?
Any GOOD oil-free hummus recipes out there? I'm BEGGING!

I had some really good hummus at a potluck and asked how they made it. The secret is to parboil the chickpeas and remove the shells. Then, cook them off until they're mushy. I've never tried that method personally (bc it sounds like a lot), but it was some good hummus.

Not in my experience. Mine NEVER makes the grade. Should be simple right? What's that all about?

I made some hummus last week and it was pretty good. I cooked the chickpeas even longer and reduced the amount of garlic in it

Yes! It is very possible. I made a caramelized onion white bean hummus. It was on point. I'm going to work on a roasted bell pepper hummus next
