What is the benefit of sous vide cooking?

I just love it. Couple of things why: I'm not a proficient cook when it comes to meat dishes and I was never able to prepare chicken breast in a way to come out tender, juicy, and full of flavor. When I tried sous vide prepared one for the first time without knowing she used sous vide I was amazed because it turned out as in restaurant. So I bought one and now feel like a chef :D The other thing is that it's not messy in kitchen and super easy to prepare.

I’ll be honest I use my sous vide only once a year but I should use it more. Mainly for this Turkey breast recipe for thanksgiving. But if what @Ruzica says is right, you can do it for chicken breasts! It comes out SO GOOD. I don’t even like turkey breast and I have second helpings of it.
