Protein for dry vs. cooked in nutrition calculations
Is there a way to alter recipes? I think some recipes are using protein content for dry beans vs cooked.

There is, you can make your own tweaks by editing the recipes, and nutrition info will update according to the changes you made. And I actually think that regarding beans you can just add comment cooked and nutrition will change. I've noticed that for other ingredients while I was playing with the recipes and nutrition in Whisk.
