When you say "original", do you mean my recipes? ☺ If so, I have none - I use some of this, a little of that when cooking. 😀 I would be happy to share recipes I've used, which, in my opinion hit the mark in terns of authenticity and flavor.

I wholeheartedly agree, Renz! Caribbean/West Indian cooking is a melting pot (pun intended) 😊 of several cultures - West African, East Indian, Chinese, Lebanese, etc. You see the influence of each in the various dishes.
