Am I using the right tortellini?
This will be my first experience cooking tortellini. I bought the only thing Walmart had, Barilla “cheese and spinach.” Will that work with this recipe?

That should be fine! Tortellini is like ravioli; it can be filled with meat, cheese, vegetables, or a combination thereof.
