Stew with quince

Question

Planning to do such a dish i would be adding pomegranate molasses what spices and herbs would go i would experiment with basil and summer savory as i love Caucasian cuisine or thyme which herb would be better?

Hi Спас, I've made this stew once, but it was a long time ago. I remember using basil and mint, and it was very good. I'm interesting in hearing how it turned out with herbs you've suggested, so please inform me when you prepare this dish :D
