Chicken substitutes

Hello all! I’m new to cooking, and my daughter is allergic to chicken. She is also allergic to milk and peanuts, but those are easier to navigate. What are some good substitutes you would recommend for us? Thanks so much for the help!

if she's not allergic to other white meats, the easiest option would be turkey or duck but also other vegetarian options like mushrooms, tofu, chickpeas, cauliflower, etc would work too i think
