Hello, and welcome to the community. I am Jesse (a.k.a. PhsycoCommando). For the last 3 years I have been consistently working out. I have been working very hard on re-establishing my relationship with food and developing better eating habits. I believe that most results are made in the kitchen and that nutrition should be our top priority for living a long and healthy life. I have been meal-prepping for nearly 2 years now and I just wanted to share some of my favorite recipes. As well as a little of what I've learned and any tips I've picked up along the way.
