What dishes taste better the next day?

I have noticed that some dishes like chili always taste better the next day. What dishes are better as leftovers from your experience? :)

Definitely agree with chili! And also, anything with beans - they absorb more flavor overnight (even just a pot of beans). I also really like leftover fried rice!
