Hi, last time I've tried to make creme brulee it did not set very well and I want to give it another go. Any advice on what should I do this time to avoid it?

Egg yolks are also important, if you don’t put enough egg yolks it will not set properly

Hi Jay, there are a lot of factors that affect the setting of creme brulee. First, make sure you cook it long enough. If you cook it for a short amount of time it may not set properly. Preheat your oven to 325F and baking time should be 35-40 minutes. Also, you have to let it set in the fridge long enough, at least 4 hr.
