Hi all, can you please share some high protein recipes that are plant based and can be prepared in under 30 minutes. I need some proteins fast :)

I love these protein bars. They're great fuel for long days out on a bike.

Hey @artvandelay! This maaayyy take you 35ish minutes but I always buy the garlic pre-peeled which ends up saving me at least a few minutes. I also use cauliflower rice which is faster than normal rice as a side.

I know this is super late but you could have this for a quick dinner or lunch minus the cheese! it's super easy and so good the only part that takes a bit longer is the chopping but you could do that ahead of time or buy it cut already.

Hi! This is from Pinterest but it my favorite high protein healthy snack food! It's really adjustable so you can change the amounts of ingredients as you like Chickpea salad 1 can chickpeas * 1/2 stick celery, chopped 2 scallions, chopped 2 tablespoons greek yogurt 1 Tablespoon mustard or more to taste squeeze of lemon juice 3-6 jarred jalapenos, depending on preference Sprinkle of red chili flakes salt and pepper to taste Drain the chickpeas well. Dump in a medium bowl and mash most of the chickpeas, leave some for texture. Add rest of ingredients and mix well! Best if cold but can be eaten right away. My favorite way to eat this is on slices of cucumbers but it can easily be made into a sandwich or wrap! *use good quality canned chickpeas that are soft or else it won't be good. Seems like the cheaper varieties are really hard.
