Hot Honey - yay or nay?

I keep hearing A LOT about hot honey lately, it seems to be the main topic in online culinary world - should I buy it, should I make it myself? What do you eat it with and on what do you sprinkle it on?

If you like spicy things you should try it. You can glaze chicken with it, drizzle it over brussels sprouts before roasting, use it in stir-frying...  Endless possibilities ;)
