Roasted pineapple

Hi, did anyone here roasted or grilled pineapple? How does it taste?

Grilled pineapple is the best can't go wrong with caramelized fruit! especially if you can make a fruit whip dip

I grill pineapple and serve it with vanilla ice cream and a rum butter sauce. You can roast in the oven as well. It’s delicious!

So good with a little cinnamon and/or chili powder sprinkled on before grilling. Once grilled, cut up and put on pizza! So delish
