I make my easy peanut butter fudge.
Peanut Butter Fudge
12 oz. Peanut Butter (crunchy or creamy, your choice)
12 oz chocolate chips ( I use Toll House or Ghirardelli)
1- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
Melt chocolate and peanut butter in microwave @30 sec intervals stirring between until smooth.
Quickly stir in the sweetened condensed milk and pour into a greased (I used butter) 8 x 8 pan smooth the top and place in refrigerator for approximately 2 hours.
Cut into 1 inch squares. I also cut the whole pan in half, like when you cut a cake in half to put frosting between the layers. This way you get 8 x 8 times 2. Smaller pieces of Fudge, but if you eat 2 then you don't feel so bad. Lol. Enjoy. I make this for gifts.
