Light vs low fat vs lite

Is there a difference between these products or is it just commercial trick?

I think lite and light are the same O.o Those terms are used to describe a reduced amount of a nutrient (energy, fat, sugar etc.) and it must contain at least 25% less of the nutrient compared to a ‘reference food’ (a reference food is a food that is basically same in type with the original nutritional content). Low and reduced fat - are just low or reduced in fat 🙂

Usually when a product claims to be lighter in one area such as carbs, the fat content will increase and visa versa. Just read and compare nutrition labels. Go for the one with less. If carbs aren't your worry, then just focus on fat content
