Best meal prep food!

Most of us just want to relax after a long tiring work day and for that I would like to ask if you guys have any idea what I can prepare that can last me the whole week without really getting tired of eating it each night?

Planning is crucial. I usually choose few recipes for my meal planner, then I make a shopping list. The secret tip is multi-tasking! You can cook multiple things at once, that works for me! :) Example: you can simultaneously roast chicken while roasting your veggies. It helps you to prepare food much faster and have a variety of meals.

chili is so versatile, if you get tired of it change it by adding rice or noodles put it on a hot dog whatever...you can buy and cook ground beef and store it in your freezer then just add it to whatever you want for a quick yet fresh meal. you can do that with any meat really. pick 1 day and cook a huge meal and eat on it thru the week. like we do every Thanksgiving

Lightly seasoned carne asada. You can make a southwest salad, philly cheese steak sandwich, drizzle teriyaki sauce on it and add some rice and steamed veggies (I use the frozen steamers)...Really any lightly seasoned meat can go a long way
