I recently purchased a camping raclette set and loved the experience of outdoor raclette. I recommend bringing some spices along with the cheese so that you can "jazz up" your raclette experience. I have these fancy "rolla roaster" forks I got from REI (also on amazon) that are super fun to use - extend the handle and then rotate with your thumb on the handle. I've cooked marshmallows, dates (fire roasted dates are great!), hotdogs, and even bacon on it! But I also love using my cast iron and foil wrapped broccoli
