But I’ll cheat and post another one - I never thought of a fried egg in a salad before. I don’t like hard boiled so this changed my mind about eggs in salads! Also I’m part Vietnamese so I love the fish sauce based dressing.
Best is such a hard choice! Is it the easiest salad I make most often or the most delicious? I’ll attach my favorite when tomatoes are in season - it might not be considered a salad but it’s heavy on the tomatoes and so so good!
