Perfect Bakery Style Blueberry Muffins

I'm on a mission to find the perfect Blueberry muffins. I grew up eating the ones from Collins Street Bakery in Waco, TX but since we now know I'm allergic to cows milk I can't have those anymore. I've been trying to find the perfect recipe for years. One that is moist, isn't chewy, has a perfect stresel that crunches slightly when you bite into it, and is a nice light color. The HEB bakery muffins are the same sort of thing. Does anyone have a recipe like this or know of a place that sells dairy free muffins in the Austin, TX area? Thanks!

I don't make them that often but this is my go-to recipe for Blueberry Muffins. It uses regular milk but you can substitute it with some none dairy. I hope you'll like them, Rebecca.

They were alright, bit that might be in part because I had to sub bananas for the eggs since we were out. I'm not a huge banana fan. I'll probably try making them again at some point with the correct ingredients.
