I don’t know what semolina flour is, we don’t have it here. Is it actual gritty semolina or a type of finer flour like you could make a normal pizza with?
Hi, it's coarse grained/gritty. I think for Pizza it's best to use coarse grained flours than the fine ones so it will hold the dough better? I'm not an expert and we do have semolina here but maybe you can try to sub it with some other coarse grained flours :)
